Confiança per a afrontar nous reptes
Sóc Juan Ortolá, candidat a l'Alcaldia de Xàbia pel Partit Independent Ciutadans per Xàbia, i em presente a aquestes eleccions encapçalant una llista de dones i hòmens il•lusionats a participar en la millora de la seua ciutat, i a demostrar que amb un treball seriós i responsable es pot recuperar la confiança dels ciutadans en l'Ajuntament i en els polítics.
Entre els xabiencs ha estat històricament assentat un sentiment col•lectiu de què a Xàbia es viu bé, la bona posició de partida del nostre municipi, i eixe sentiment generalitzat de benestar, han contribuït que, en els últims anys, s'haja perdut pols, s'haja entrat en un letargia pròpia de la que es creu que tot va bé i no hi ha de què preocupar-se. I la realitat no és eixa, continuem sense tindre resolts els problemes més pròxims als ciutadans, i perdent pols enfront d'altres ciutats del nostre entorn.
El benestar i la qualitat de vida d'una ciutat, passa per afrontar decisions modernitzadores, per invertir permanentment en la creació i millora d'infraestructures.
L'activitat econòmica i la competitivitat de Xàbia només serà possible si disposa dels equipaments i les infraestructures culturals, educatives, esportives o d'oci adequades, a més de posar en valor les seues fortaleses específiques.
Les dones i els hòmens de Ciutadans per Xàbia aportaran eixe impuls renovador necessari per a configurar una Xàbia en la que es puguen fer realitat els desitjos de prosperitat de cada persona, una Xàbia que es modernitze sense perdre el referent de la Xàbia amb valors històrics i tradicionals i que junt amb el tarannà dels xabiencs la configura com un poble entranyable, càlid i acollidor.
Em presente a aquestes eleccions amb la satisfacció de liderar un equip amb capacitat d'enfrontar-se a les dificultats, amb afany de superar-les i que davant de possibles contratemps, abordarà de front i a través del diàleg el camí a seguir en la solució del problema.
Amb aquest equip i perquè confie a Xàbia i en les seues oportunitats, em crec capaç d'escometre els nous reptes que per a tots els xabiencs, els de naixement i els qui han triat ser-ho, Ciutadans per Xàbia et presenta en les següents pàgines.

Vertrauen, um neue Herausforderungen anzunehmen
Ich bin Juan Ortolá, Bürgermeisterkanditat für Javea der Unabhängigen Partei: Bürger für Javea, und ich präsentiere mich bei diesen Wahlen als Spitzenkandidat von einer Liste von Frauen und Männern, die unbedingt helfen wollen, die Qualität ihrer Stadt zu verbessern und beweisen möchten, dass man mit ernsthafter und verantwortlicher Arbeit das Vertrauen der Mitbürger in die Politiker und die Gemeinde wiedergewinnen kann.
Unter den Mitbürgern von Javea war man sich früher sehr einig darüber, dass man in Javea gut lebe, und die gute Aufbruchstimmung unserer Gemeinde als auch das allgemeine gute Lebensgefühl hier hat dazu geführt, dass in den letzten Jahren an Kraft verloren ging, dass eine Lethargie eingetreten ist zu glauben, alles liefe gut und man müsse sich um nichts Sorgen machen. Aber die Realität ist eine andere, wir haben weiterhin ungelöste Probleme, die die Mitbürger direkt betreffen. Außerdem verlieren wir auch gegenüber anderen Städten in unserer Umgebung an Stärke.
Um eine gute Lebensqualität in einer Stadt zu erreichen, sind moderne Entscheidungen notwendig, denn man muss permanent in die Erschaffung und Verbesserung der Infrastrukturen investieren.
Die wirtschaftliche Aktivität und Konkurrenzfähigkeit von Javea sind nur dann möglich, wenn entsprechende Einrichtungen und Infrastrukturen im Bereich Kultur, Bildung, Sport und Freizeit existieren, und wir müssen die Werte, die Javea besitzt, stärker hervorheben.
Die Männer und Frauen von „CpJ“ werden diesen neuen, notwendigen Impuls mitbringen, um ein Javea zu schaffen, in dem nicht nur die eigenen persönlichen Bedürfnisse eines jeden Mitbürgers realisiert werden können, sondern ein Javea, das sich modernisiert, ohne die historischen und traditionellen Werte zu verlieren und welches zusammen mit dem Wesen der Javienser ein warmherziges, gastfreundliches Städtchen bilden.
Ich präsentiere mich für diese Wahlen und freue mich, ein Team anzuführen, das sich mit großen Schwierigkeiten auseinandersetzen kann, ein Team, das mit Begeisterung, und zwar schnellstmöglich, durch den Dialog Wege finden wird, um die anstehenden Probleme zu lösen.
Mit diesem Team und weil ich Vertrauen in Javea und seine Möglichkeiten habe, glaube ich, dass ich dazu fähig bin, für alle, die hier geboren sind und die, die Javea als Wahlheimat haben, die neuen Herausforderungen anzugehen, die ich Euch auf den folgenden Seiten vorstellen werde.
Wenn Euch diese neue Version einer Stadt gefällt und wenn Euch unsere Vorschläge zusagen, wisst Ihr, dass Ihr auf uns zählen könnt. Wir würden uns jedenfalls wünschen, mit Eurem Vertrauen rechnen zu können.

I am Juan Ortolá, running for Mayer of Jávea as representative of the Partido Independiente Ciudadanos por Javea (Independent party of citizens of Javea). I am presenting myself at these elections as the representative of a party of men and women who are eager to participate in improving their town and are willing to demonstrate that through responsible and serious work it is possible to gain citizens´ confidence in the Town hall and its politicians.
Amongst the people of Javea there has always been a general sentiment of wellbeing, that in Javea you “live well”. In the last few years, this feeling of comfort and wellbeing has contributed to a loss of dynamics, where we find ourselves in a state of lethargy and everything is assumed to be going well and there is nothing to worry about. This is not the reality, we continue to have many unresolved problems that affect many of our citizens and we are not keeping up with the dynamics of many of the towns that surround us.
The wellbeing and quality of life of a town must make modernizing decisions, o make the appropriate investments in the creation and improvement of infrastructures.
Javeas economic activity and competitiveness will only be possible if it has adequate cultural, educational, sports and leisure infrastructures.
The men and women of “Ciudadanos por Jávea” will bring the necessary stimulus to build a Javea where citizens’ hope for prosperity may be realized, a Javea that will be modernized without losing its historical and traditional values. Making Javea, along with the spirit of Javea´s people, a town considered as a zealous, warm and captivating.
I present myself at these elections with the satisfaction of knowing that I am the leader of a team who has the capacity to confront any difficulties and that is able to cope and rise above them. In the event of adverse times, solutions to problems will be found through dialogue.
With the support of this team and because I believe in Javea and in this town’s opportunities, I feel capable of achieving the new goals that are presented in the following pages, for the people of Javea (those who were born here and those that have chosen to).
