Urbanismo y desarrollo sostenible.
Queremos un urbanismo que defienda, con la perspectiva de generaciones futuras, los intereses del conjunto de la ciudadanía.
Vamos a impulsar un desarrollo urbano que sea altamente ventajoso desde criterios de sostenibilidad y sociabilidad, y que dé más peso a la rehabilitación de lo existente que a planes expansivos de recalificaciones de suelo sin ton ni son, que provocaría para el Ayuntamiento una mayor inversión en infraestructuras públicas de todo tipo y unos costes enormes en su mantenimiento posterior. Así como la sobreexplotación de un recurso tan preciado como el suelo.
La Revisión del Plan General de Ordenación Urbana que se aprobará en esta próxima legislatura deberá apoyar sistemas de gestión urbanística que favorezcan el mayor número posible de viviendas de protección pública, primando a los agentes urbanizadores y promotores que ofrezcan mejores condiciones de precio final de venta de vivienda.
Tenemos que compatibilizar la Ordenación de nuestro territorio con un desarrollo sostenible y una oferta de suelo para viviendas y a coste asequible.

Urbanisme i desenvolupament sostenible.
Volem un urbanisme que defenga, amb la perspectiva de generacions futures, els interessos del conjunt de la ciutadania.
Impulsarem un desenvolupament urbà que siga altament avantatjós des de criteris de sostenibilitat i sociabilitat, i que done més pes a la rehabilitació de l'existent que a plans expansius de requalificacions de sòl sense solta ni volta, que provocaria per a l'Ajuntament una major inversió en infraestructures públiques de qualsevol tipus i uns costos enormes en el seu manteniment posterior. Així com la sobreexplotació d'un recurs tan preat com el sòl.
La Revisió del Pla General d'Ordenació Urbana que s'aprovarà en aquesta pròxima legislatura haurà de recolzar sistemes de gestió urbanística que afavorisquen el nombre més gran possible d'habitatges de protecció pública, primant els agents urbanitzadors i promotors que oferisquen millors condicions de preu final de venda d'habitatge.
Hem de compatibilitzar l'Ordenació del nostre territori amb un desenvolupament sostenible i una oferta de sòl per a habitatges i a cost assequible.

Städteplanung und stetiges Wachstum
Wir möchten eine Städteplanung, die mit der Vision der zukünftigen Generationen die Interessen der gesamten Mitbürger verteidigt.
Wir werden eine Städtebauplanung fördern, die sehr vorteilhaft ist in puncto sozialer und realisierbarer Kriterien, außerdem soll sie mehr Gewicht auf die Rehabilitation des Bestehenden setzen, als Expansionspläne und Pläne für mehr Bebauungen, denn diese Expansionspläne würden die Gemeinde dazu verpflichten, mehr Investitionen in die öffentliche Infrastruktur und in deren Instandhaltung zu übernehmen. Genauso wie es gilt, eine exzessive Ausnutzung eines der wichtigsten Möglichkeiten wie der Grund- und Bodenbesitz ist, zu verhindern.
Die Revision des Städtebebauungsplans (PGOU), der in dieser nächsten Legislaturperiode genehmigt wird, muss städtebauliche Maßnahmen beinhalten, die den sozialen Wohnungsbau begünstigen und solche Bauunternehmen unterstützen, die die besten Wohnungspreise anbieten.
Wir müssen dafür sorgen, dass mit stetigem Wachstum trotzdem die Wohnungspreise erschwinglich bleiben.

Urbanization and sustainable growth.
We would like to promote town planning that defends (taking into account future generations) the population’s interests.
We are going to emphasize the urban development that will be beneficial from a social perspective, that gives more weight to renovation of existing properties rather than the expansive land planning that provokes a huge investment in all infrastructures and a very costly maintenance thereafter. As well as the overdevelopment of a resource so precious as land.
The revision of the General Urban Planning that will be approved in the next legislation should support the development of the most amount of properties that will be publicly protected, giving preference to developers who will offer better conditions.
We have to make the development of our land compatible with sustainable growth, offering land for houses at an accessible cost.
